The Keys to Success

It's all in the communication and planning!

We are utilizing a new communication tool this year to help in disseminating information to team to keep everyone in the loop with as much advanced notice as possible.  Keeping our contact information is up to date is crucial.
  • Please take a moment and unsubscribe if you are not coming back to the team for the 2011-2012 season.  You will be missed! 
  • If you are planning on coming back, please reply to this email and provide us with a valid mailing address for potential mailings. 
  • Please forward this email to anyone you know who is thinking about joining the team for next season so they are in the loop.  All they have to do is subscribe at the bottom.
  • You can forward this email to any friends and family who like to be kept in the loop to make communication easier between you and them.  It will be great for upcoming Fundraisers!
These email newsletters will be the primary form of communication, however, we have a couple of other options also.  So don't worry if your email stops working or you accidentally delete one. 
  • These newsletters will automatically post to our Facebook Fan Page - Pinnacle High School Swim and Dive in the search bar on FB.
  • Click on our logo in the top left corner of this newsletter and it will take you to our blog where all of this information is reposted.  Thanks to the Reinsteins!
I have already met with the captains and we are all super excited for this upcoming year.  We are looking to accomplish a few things this year:
  • Greater team unity and bonding!
  • Weekly connection time!
  • Greater communication!
  • Fundraising of $6000!  Wait...what?  That's right!  We are looking to fundraise $6000 to help with some of the costs throughout the year.  We want to do everything we can to help the team prosper and be respectful of your budgets.  As far as we are concerned, every little bit helps!  Stay tuned for upcoming fundraisers.  We are getting started right away to spread it all out.  Watch for a Save The Date for Stella & Dot!

Committees

In an effort to kick off the new season with as much leg work done as possible, we want to get our committees staffed and up and running asap.  If you are interested in helping with a committee or chairing one, please reply with your interests and/or ideas & best phone number to reach you at.  We are always looking to streamline our processes and keep things efficient and fun for everyone!  Bring it on!

Stella & Dot Fundraiser

 

50% Back to the team!!!

I will be sending out a Save the Date and mailing postcards to all of you for this upcoming fundraiser, so I really need your mailing address.  I will be donating 50% of my commission back to the team.    That can be a lot of money towards our goal of $6000 for the year.  I will host the trunk show at my home for you to come and touch, feel and try on the jewelry.  It is Open House style so come and go as your schedule allows.  If you are unable to make the date and time, you can go to my website listed on the Save the Date and order directly from the website while choosing Mackenzie Quinonez as the host of the show so your purchases go towards the total for PHS Swim & Dive.

Options to extend the potential earnings:  book a trunk show of your own, I will come and do the trunk show for you, your friends and family, and will donate 50% of my commissions from your shows back to the team.  Let's all work together to raise some money for the team and have fun while doing it!
