How does this work?

Upper Crust Pizza Patio & Wine Bar will donate 20% of all sales generated by Pinnacle Swim and Dive supporters!

What do I need to do?

It’s as easy as 1. 2. 3.

1. Come to Upper Crust Pizza & Wine Bar in the Costco Plaza at Cave Creek & Loop 101—20235 N. Cave Creek Road # 111, Phoenix, AZ 85024 on Tuesday, October 9^th anytime during the day. 

2. Purchase items off the food menu. You can eat in or take out!

3. Give this flyer to your server and pay for your meal(s) - 20%            
     of your total purchase will be donated back to Pinnacle Swim
     and Dive Booster Club! Donations will be given on full price 
     items only. No discounts or coupons can be used.

You get to enjoy a great dinner and an opportunity to build team spirit—Go Pioneers!

2012 Fundraiser

TO: PHS SWIM AND DIVE FAMILIES

RE: 2012 FUNDRAISER

This year the Captains have decided to try a new venue for fundraising.  The attached forms will tell you more, but the idea is that each swimmer asks family and friends to sponsor them and their swim program.

By partnering with eTeamSponsor.com, we have a tried and true group working with us to raise funds for the team efficiently and hassle-free.  These are the steps to take:

1. Each swimmer enters logs on to eTeamSponsor.com through the link that was sent to their PVlearners account. 

2. They are asked to enter 12 email addresses of friends and family worldwide that can afford to sponsorship.

3. A letter explaining the fundraiser is sent to the emails, it is from the swimmer and there is a link to sponsor.

4. There are 3 more letters that are sent as reminders over the course of 1 month, and at the end of that time nothing more is sent. 

5. If someone does donate, they receive a 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATION letter and a THANK YOU from the swimmer.

There is much more information in the handouts attached to the email you received.  Please read everything before your swimmer logs on so that you are aware of the program.  

There will be incentives for the swimmers and divers to enter in their email addresses, for the most money raised and so forth.  

Please help your kids by supporting them and giving them ideas of who to contact.  Take a minute to remember all the different groups and fundraisers you have personally supported and get those people on your list!  Every donation, from $10 to $100, helps our team with the many expenses that we have.

The kids need to input 12 emails by Tuesday, September 18. They should of all received the email on their pvlearners account on Thursday, with the instructions.
